City Walk Place

The City Walk Place Apartments is a planned multifamily development to be located on Lexington Street in Manor, Texas. It is being developed by Marcus Building Company in partnership with TCFC as approved through Resolution No. TCFC-2023-12. To provide affordable workforce housing options, 10% of the units (26 units) will be reserved for tenants earning up to 60% of the area median income, and 40% of the units (101 units) will be reserved for those earning up to 80% of the area median income. The remaining 125 units will be rented at market rates. This project requires approval from the City of Manor before construction can begin. TCFC will own the land and project, leasing it back to Marcus Building Company's affiliated partnership.
