Office Space Available for Lease

The Housing Authority has Office Space for lease in our new building at 502 Highland Mall Blvd.  This building is located off of Airport Blvd. by Highland Mall.

DIRECTIONS:

From Lamar Blvd: Turn on Airport, then left on Highland Mall Blvd.

From IH 35 heading South: Exit Hwy 290 and turn right at the intersection. Stay on Frontage Road and turn right onto Airport, then right on Highland Mall Blvd.

From IH 35 heading North: Take the Hwy 290 exit, and at the intersection turn left. Stay on Frontage Road and turn right onto Airport, then right on Highland Mall Blvd.

From Hwy 290 heading west: Exit IH 35, go under the overpass and remain on Frontage Road. Turn right on Airport, then right on Highland Mall Blvd.


The Housing Authority of Travis County is an independent, government funded agency charged with the responsibility to provide access to safe, decent, low income housing to help meet the housing needs of the residents of Travis County, Texas.

The Housing Authority of Travis County (HATC) exists to provide safe, decent and sanitary housing for low income families in Travis County, which includes the city of Austin and most of the area surrounding Austin, including: Cedar Park, Lago Vista, Lakeway, Del Valle, Manor, Elgin, Pflugerville, as well as parts of Leander and Manchaca.

The Housing Authority does not have funding available for emergency housing assistance.
