Resolution No. TCFC-2024-04

March 7, 2024

To amend the Policy Statement on Affordable Housing Development, superseding the previous policy outlined in Resolution No. TCFC-2022-07, in consideration of continuing high demand and challenges for affordable housing development.

Resolution No. TCFC-2024-03

March 7, 2024

To induce approximately 360 units of multifamily residential housing known as the Oak Hill Highline Apartments to be developed in partnership with an affiliate of Urban Genesis, LLC located at approximately the intersection of Slaughter Lane and Interstate 35; to authorize negotiation of a term sheet; and to take other related actions, subject to the terms outlined in the resolution.

Resolution No. TCFC-2024-02

March 7, 2024

To amend the standard terms for public facility corporation transactions, superseding previous terms outlined in Resolution No. TCFC-2022-08, and authorize related actions, as permitted under the corporation's bylaws and articles of incorporation.

Resolution No. TCFC-2024-01

February 1, 2024

To induce approximately 300 units of multifamily residential housing known as the HWY-183 & East William Cannon Drive Apartments to be developed in partnership with an affiliate of Savoy Equity Partners located at approximately the intersection of Highway 183 and East William Cannon Drive; to authorize negotiation of a term sheet; and to take other related actions, subject to the terms outlined in the resolution.
