Income Limits - Rental Assistance

HUD income limits are based on family size and are updated annually. These income limits determine whether a family is eligible for our programs and the level of assistance they may receive. ‍Our affordable housing and rental assistance programs are designed to help low-income families find safe and affordable housing in Travis County. To be eligible for these programs, applicants must meet certain income requirements set by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).

Rental Assistance (Housing Choice Voucher) income limits

To be eligible for our HCV program, your income must be less than the maximum income listed below for your family size. Your application may be rejected if this requirement is not met.
