Airport Crossing/Ross Road
The Ross Road Apartments is a planned multifamily development to be located at approximately 6207 Ross Road in Austin. It is being developed by NRP Group in partnership with TCFC as approved through Resolution No. TCFC-2023-14. To provide affordable workforce housing options, 10% of the units (26 units) will be reserved for tenants earning up to 60% of the area median income, and 40% of the units (103 units) will be reserved for those earning up to 80% of the area median income. The remaining 127 units will be rented at market rates. TCFC will own the land and project, leasing it back to NRP's affiliated partnership.

To approve and authorize the transactions for the Ross Road Apartments to be located at approximately 6207 Ross Road in Austin, Texas; and the Rodeo Apartments to be located at approximately 8705 Decker Lake Road in Austin, Texas, including the execution of all documentation necessary to carry out the transactions; authorizing the purchase of the land for the projects and authorizing the Travis County Facilities Corporation to serve as the general contractor; and other matters in connection therewith.
