CONSULTING SERVICES
The Housing Authority is accepting proposals for the consulting services of a real estate professional to evaluate the highest and best use of property owned by the Travis County Housing Authority. Properties are located at, 201 Burton Street in Manor, Texas, 2200 E MLK Jr. Blvd Austin, Texas.
Requests for Proposals may be obtained from the current administrative offices located at
2200 East MLK Jr. Blvd. Austin, Texas 78702, between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday through Friday except holidays. The completed proposals are due in the Housing Authority Offices no later than Wednesday April 30, 2008 at 3:00 pm. There will be a pre-proposal conference on Wednesday April 16, 2008 at 2:00 pm at the Authority Administrative Office located at
2200 East MLK Jr. Blvd, Austin, Texas 78702. The conference is recommended for all who wish to participate in this request for proposal.

The Housing Authority may reject any and all proposals, re-advertise, postpone, or cancel the RFP at any time at its discretion. Also the determination of the criteria and process whereby proposals are evaluated, the decision as to who shall receive a contract award, or whether or not an award shall ever be made as a result of this RFP, shall be at the sole and absolute discretion of the Housing Authority.
The Housing Authority retains the right to waive any and all formalities related to this RFP.
